Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are based on the automatic mathematical calculation of exposure. We reserve the right to cancel any trade outside of this automated calculation, regardless of the position or type. Arbitrage and scalping methods are not accepted and will be treated as illegal transactions.
2. Refunds
If the client has unused funds, a full refund will be provided. If funds are lost, refunds will not be issued. To process a refund, clients must submit full KYC documents, after which the refund will be processed within 7 days to the original deposit method, minus transfer fees.
